Lead legal risk and compliance operations
Advise on governance structures and legal policies
Negotiate significant contracts and donor agreements
Conduct legal research and analysis for the college
Develop compliance tracking and governance protocols Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
At least 5 years' legal experience at an executive level
Eligibility for membership in the Law Society of Ontario
Familiarity with corporate and educational legal matters
