We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in downtown Winnipeg. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across a portfolio of apartment buildings.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential apartment units and common areas.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
Drywall patching and painting as needed
Complete work orders efficiently and to a high standard.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Solid knowledge of general maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience
Skilled in various trades including painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, carpentry etc
Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
Own hand tools
Transparent criminal record check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay/Benefits:
$25 to $30/hour
