Join our energetic team as an Interior Trim Carpenter, where you'll bring craftsmanship and precision to interior finishing projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing interior woodwork and trim elements, transforming spaces with expert attention to detail. Responsibilities
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute interior trim projects.
Install various interior elements such as baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door casings, window trims, and cabinetry with precision.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, assemble, and secure wood and other materials.
Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with new installations.
Measure spaces accurately and perform layout work to ensure proper fit and finish of all trim components.




Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials.

Qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on interior trim installation; construction experience is highly valued.
Skilled in working with hand tools and power tools.
Excellent woodworking skills combined with experience in finishing touches that elevate interior spaces.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces safely.
Handyman experience or background in restoration projects is a plus.
