Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent, your collaboration with site engineers and project managers will enhance overall performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor ground control systems effectively
Ensure the safety of mining operations and legacy sites
Work closely with Mine/Geology Directors for program alignment
Guide and mentor geotechnical teams in office
Maintain consistency in technical excellence and program direction

Requirements:
Degree in mining or geotechnical engineering
Master’s in rock mechanics is advantageous
12 years of engineering experience in industry
6 years in specialized geotechnical work
Robust communication and leadership skills
