Solid and Hollow Brass Insert Pins . We are looking for a dynamic leader who can establish and scale this business from the ground up.

As the first hire for this division, you will have complete ownership of setting up the manufacturing facility—from selecting machinery and designing production processes to building a high-performing team and achieving production targets. This is a unique Greenfield opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing qualified with entrepreneurial thinking and strong technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Greenfield Manufacturing Setup: Design and establish the complete manufacturing layout and production process for solid and hollow brass insert pins.

Machinery & Tooling Procurement: Recommend, evaluate, and finalize CNC automatic, cam-operated, multi-spindle machines, tooling, and supporting equipment to meet production and quality objectives.

Process Engineering: Develop manufacturing processes, establish cycle times, optimize productivity,



and define production standards.

Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead the complete production and technical team for the new manufacturing division.

Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end quality systems to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

Operational Scalability: Establish standardized systems and processes capable of supporting future production expansion.

Technical Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Brass Insert Pin manufacturing (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of CNC automatic, cam-operated, and multi-spindle machines.

Proven expertise in manufacturing Solid and Hollow Brass Insert Pins.

Experience in Greenfield manufacturing setup and production process development is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of tooling, production planning, quality control, and manufacturing optimization.
