About the role

Every family who walks through our doors is trusting us with something key - their child's confidence and future. We're looking for a warm, dependable Family Success Coordinator to be the first real connection families have with our centre, and often the reason they take that first step toward getting their child help.

This is more than a front-desk position. You'll guide families through assessments, help them understand their options, and keep our centre running smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities
Respond to parent inquiries promptly and professionally
Guide prospective families through assessments and enrolment
Coordinate student and tutor scheduling
Support parent communication on attendance, scheduling, and general updates
Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming centre
Prepare student materials for daily sessions
Build genuine relationships with local families
Occasionally travel to our Cole Harbour location as needed

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Comfortable speaking with parents and guiding conversations confidently
Highly organised with good follow-through
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between centres occasionally
Customer service, sales, education, or admissions experience is an asset
A genuine interest in helping children and families

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
