Provide strategic HR direction to the management and Board
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and the Collective Agreement




Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives with anti-oppression approaches
Maintain accurate employee records using Bamboo HR

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3–5 years management)
3+ years in social services or nonprofit HR
Knowledge of employment legislation and union experience
Robust organizational and communication skills
Valid Driver's License and current Police Record Check
