Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd. is hiring a Maintenance Planner in Port Moody, BC, to oversee maintenance activities and promote a culture of safety and compliance. As a key member of the maintenance team, this role will report to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering.

You will be responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of maintenance work. Candidates should have a mechanical or electrical background and at least two years of industry experience. Engagement in process improvement and crew efficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all maintenance planning and scheduling tasks
Generate and close work orders with proper documentation
Supervise field maintenance activities and update as needed




Assist in material procurement alongside the Maintenance Engineer
Promote and uphold safety regulations and training Requirements:
Preferred Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
Minimum of 2 years in maintenance roles
Asset of project management or maintenance management certification
Develop creative solutions for workplace challenges
