Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality matcha drinks and freshly baked bagels with enthusiasm and precision
Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or special requests
Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including counters, utensils, and equipment to ensure health standards are met
Assist in restocking supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to keep the station well-organized




Engage with guests through friendly conversation, creating a positive and lively atmosphere
Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a protected dining environment

Qualifications
Solid public speaking skills to confidently interact with guests and promote menu items
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light supplies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and working as part of a team
