Responsibilities
Lead all membership sales and consultations
Deliver personal and semi-private training sessions
Build relationships and convert leads into long-term members
Manage daily operations and member experience
Track KPIs and consistently exceed sales targets
Recruit, coach, and lead the training team
Maintain a skilled, high-energy facility and culture
