Accent Inns is seeking a Director of People & Culture to cultivate a workplace that values staff happiness and engagement. Lead our HR initiatives and champion our unique culture across all properties. In this senior role, you will report to Noah Warder, VP of People & Culture. Your leadership will guide the P&C; team in translating strategic objectives into impactful policies. Manage recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
Develop and implement performance review cycles
Build partnerships with Regional Managers and Directors
Oversee HR metrics and reporting systems Proven experience in HR leadership roles
Experience with performance management systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel between properties frequently Shape the future of Accent Inns' culture by promoting people-centric values and creative HR practices.
