Summary

We are seeking a energetic, organized, and creative HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to contribute to a positive, inspiring, and efficient studio environment. The ideal candidate will be versatile, proactive, and ready to support payroll, employment contracting and talent administration.

Role and Responsibilities
Prepare Employment and Contractor Agreements
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with department heads
Accurate Record keeping in Bamboo HR (BHR) of all elements of employee profiles to support staffing assignments and all timeoff
Perks Coordination and monthly reconciliations of benefits
Contribute to data retrieval for staffing analytics
Support payroll including setup and ROE processes
Participate in Health and Safety committed
Work closely with Finance regarding payroll matters

Skills & Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Bamboo HR or other equivalent talent management system.
Expertise in Quickbooks payroll or other equivalent systems.




Certification or enrollment in a program is an asset
College degree or University diploma required
Attention to details is essential
Strong team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel)
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new tools and processes
