CARTE International Inc is looking for a dedicated Maintenance CMMS Specialist to enhance the maintenance team.

The successful candidate will handle Maintenance Change Requests (MCR) and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) for facility assets. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate master data and driving optimal asset reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Administer the CMMS program (MaintainX) and related databases
Monitor completion rates of work orders and Mean Time To Response (MTTR)




Analyze cost and labor trends within maintenance operations
Track KPIs and metrics for effective maintenance oversight
Engage in root cause analysis for continuous improvement Requirements:
Technical post-secondary diploma or relevant experience
Minimum five years in a manufacturing workplace
Solid Maintenance and Reliability knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
