Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment around the work site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work setting for all team members
Perform general site cleanup, including waste removal and debris management
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to support construction activities




Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required—training will be provided
Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Reliable transportation to reach job sites as required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
