Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily operations across various job sites by performing a wide range of manual tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and organizing tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing materials or assembling equipment
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on-site by removing debris and ensuring walkways are explicit
Operate basic equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or hand tools, following safety protocols
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license is advantageous for transportation needs
