Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices




Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Support food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to guests

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude and explicit communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Experience in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving or customer interaction is advantageous
