Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery within a steel roll forming manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating roll formers or presses, or assisting in material handling.

This role will be on the afternoon shift from 3:30 pm, and will be 4 x 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Duties
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Work across a variety of roll formers and presses to produce a wide range of steel products.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.




Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Skills
Proficient in the use roll formers and presses
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
Familiarity or certifications with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
