Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers in daily operations
Plan and execute landscape projects, including softscapes and hardscape construction.
Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and meets quality standards
Provide training and guidance to team members on proper techniques and safety protocols
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure effective operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry -A deep knowledge of interlocking paving stone installations, Segmental retaining walls and carpentry.
Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
-Ability to operate skid steers and excavators.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve project goals
Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
