ComPsych seeks dedicated behavioral health clinicians to enhance its Employee Assistance Program network.
As a provider, you will facilitate client-centered counseling tailored to address various concerns such as stress and relationship issues. This position offers the chance to utilize your skills in a supportive setting focused on ethical practices. Key Responsibilities:
Provide face-to-face EAP counseling to employees and families
Conduct thorough intake assessments and counseling sessions
Assist clients in managing anxiety, depression,
and work-life balance
Keep accurate clinical records in line with compliance standards
Collaborate with ComPsych for seamless care management
Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
At least 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience
Valid qualified accreditation or registration necessary
Possess active qualified liability insurance
Submission of a current resume or CV required
