Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this leadership role oversees maintenance operations and drives efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

You will manage construction projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and address long-term facility strategies. Your leadership will guide various departments while ensuring compliance with regulations and innovation within the district. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance and technical services activities
Manage departmental budgets and forecasts
Supervise staff and lead performance management




Develop preventative maintenance programs for facilities
Coordinate emergency responses for inclement weather

Requirements:
Seven years of facilities maintenance experience
Five years of project management expertise
Leadership role experience with supervisory responsibilities
Knowledge of BC Building Code and construction law
Valid BC driver’s license with a vehicle for business use
