About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Licensed Condominium Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of a portfolio of condominium communities, ensuring exceptional service to condominium boards and residents while maintaining compliance with all applicable legislation and governing documents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of condominium corporations and act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
Attend and facilitate board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and owners' meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and follow-up action items.
Ensure compliance with condominium legislation, bylaws, policies, and regulations.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and preventative maintenance programs.
Manage service contracts and vendor relationships, including tendering and contract negotiations.
Oversee operating budgets, review financial statements, and assist boards with annual budget preparation.
Respond promptly to owner and resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
Conduct regular property inspections and provide recommendations for building improvements.




Assist with reserve fund planning and implementation of capital projects.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned properties.

Qualifications
Valid Condominium Manager License in positive standing.
Minimum of 1–5 years of condominium or property management experience.
Robust knowledge of condominium legislation, governance, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Availability to attend evening board meetings and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience, portfolio size, and qualifications).
