Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies across job sites or facilities
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for everyone
Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and minor repairs
Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to maintain a tidy work workplace




Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills
Solid physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines
Flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned throughout the workday
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
