We are looking for a motivated and dependable Labourer / Equipment Operator for a one-month contract to assist with improvements and cleanup at our new shop. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating equipment, working outdoors, and taking on a variety of physical tasks.
Responsibilities
Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently.
Tow and maneuver a dump trailer.
Remove trees, brush, and other vegetation.
Yard grading and site cleanup.
Clean and organize the interior and exterior of the current shop.
Load, unload, and move materials.
Perform general labour and property maintenance.
Complete other tasks as assigned to help prepare the property.
Qualifications
Experience operating a skid steer is required.
Comfortable towing trailers.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable, self-motivated, and safety conscious.
Experience with chainsaws, landscaping equipment, or light construction is an asset.
Schedule
Full time
Monday to Friday
Overtime may be available depending on project requirements.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
