We are looking for an Internal Customer Service representative to join our close-knit team. Door hardware experience is an asset but not a requirement. This position offers future prospects to grow with our company.

Duties will include
Process customer quotes, invoices and orders which includes shipping confirmations, ETA & inventory updates
Support customers via the phone, in person, and online
Respond to customer inquiries on product information, pricing and availability
Evaluate product availability, cost, sourcing and replenishment paths
Support the purchasing department
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
Must have a valid G driver's license
Perform inventory control & cycle counts
Solid organizational, communication, and typing skills
Excellent English oral, and written skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn




Team player with a outstanding attitude
No Criminal Record
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
