Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality setting. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our guests expect, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries as needed.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring all linens are clean and well-presented.




Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and effective manner.

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Previous custodial experience is highly desirable.
