Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in maintaining and repairing various types of heavy machinery. Have a positive knowledge and experience in engine repair.
Duties
This position is responsible for safely completing all fleet and commercial mechanical repairs to trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
Ideally, you should have achieved journeyman/journeywoman status of the Heavy Equipment Technician, Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, or Truck & Transport Mechanic program and can diagnose and complete repairs on all aspects of heavy equipment.
CUMMINS experience is important.
Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
Strong knowledge of ENGINE REPAIR
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license is required.
Journey Person certificate REQUIRED
CVI License (preferred)
Willing to Get trained, working on Cummins Engines.
Must have at least 4 years experience

Other Pay: Overtime Pay
Schedule Monday to Friday 8 hour shift
Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
