As a key member of the Internal Medicine team, you will leverage your expertise to serve a 45,000-population referral base.

The position includes access to cardiac stress testing and advanced monitoring capabilities in office. Interest in teaching medical learners and clinical supervision is desirable, alongside the potential to work with the Alberni Internal Medicine clinic. Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum General Internal Medicine
Oversee intensive and coronary care for patients




Utilize diagnostic tools including Holter and blood pressure monitoring
Teach and supervise medical learners when eligible
Engage with outpatient practice in Alberni Internal Medicine

Requirements:
Eligible for faculty appointment with UBC
Competence in handling intensive care scenarios
Active medical license in British Columbia
