Duties

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication routines, and post-treatment care
Observe patient conditions closely, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe setting for patients and staff
