Family owned and operated through four generations, Copp’s Buildall has played a prominent role in the city of London’s building industry for almost 150 years. We have four locations within London and supply to both contractor and retail customers.

This position is based at the Copp’s Hyde Park Location 1640 Fanshawe Park Road West. Our mill services 4 lumber yards plus our Trim & Door division. We are looking for a high energy, career minded supervisor that takes pride in quality work. This role can be physically demanding, and you must be able to lift 50lbs. This is a full time position and must be available Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

Your Current Role:
Operating a variety of saws safely
Scheduling daily work for the mill employees and help manage the mill production schedule
Manage inventory levels of mill stock products
Help train mill staff on the safe and proper use of all mill equipment
Receive and ship material following company prodedures
Regularly monitor staff use of equipment to ensure safety protocols are being followed
Perform weekly safety checks on equipment and tag out any unsafe machines
Perform mill duties alongside co-workers,



helping to manufacture and fulfill customer orders
Other duties as assigned. This job reports directly to the Branch Manager

You Will Provide:
General math skills
Ability to lift 50lbs
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with a variety of saws
Experience with woodworking and/or equipment
Supervisory experience

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
