Duties
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories through knowledgeable consultation.
Manage inventory levels, order parts as needed, and ensure stock accuracy for seamless operations.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Support sales efforts through outbound calls, upselling high-end parts, and promoting available services or promotions.
Maintain organized records of transactions, orders, and customer interactions to ensure efficient administrative processes.
Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs and maintenance.




Demonstrate excellent communication skills by clearly explaining product features, warranties, and installation procedures.

Experience
Previous dealership experience or any parts sales experience is highly preferred.
Proven success in outside sales or outbound sales roles with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
Outdoor experience in fishing, camping or boating is an asset.
Knowledge of parts processes, parts cataloging, and inventory management systems is advantageous.
Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette to effectively engage with customers over the phone or in person.
