Duties
Perform routine oil changes, fluid top-offs, and lubrication services to maintain vehicle performance
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with attention to detail and safety standards
Conduct basic automotive inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential issues
Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Assist customers by explaining services performed, offering maintenance advice, and answering questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Support additional vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing filters or inspecting brakes as needed
Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is required
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and components
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and tire equipment in a skilled setting
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and basic repair techniques
Sales aptitude for recommending additional services or products to customers is a plus
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
