Maintain front desk operations by processing reservations, cancellations, and guest check-outs accurately
Provide guest services such as concierge assistance, local information, and coordinating special requests




Ensure all communication channels are transparent, courteous, and adhere to proper phone etiquette
Support administrative tasks including record keeping, billing, and updating guest information in the system

Experience
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively
Familiarity with front desk procedures and multi-line phone systems will help you excel in this role
