Emerald Hills Montessori is recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator with an Infant Toddler certificate to join our well established ECE Center in Coquitlam.

Interested candidates must have previous work experience in caring for infants/toddlers (ages 10 months to 3 years old). The successful candidates will have to demonstrate the highest standards in quality childcare - strong communication skills and team-working abilities are essential. We are seeking Early Childhood Teachers who share our values and vision.

Responsibilities
Follow the Bramblewood mission and curriculum to plan, implement and supervise age-appropriate activities
Daily set-up and clean-up
Develop, consult and implement age appropriate activities with team




Provide clear & caring supervision to children
Consider the individual needs and goals of each child and respond accordingly
Ensure the health and safety of the children
Work as part of the team, which includes children, their parents, and the centre staff members, using the philosophy of the centre
Works in conjunction with the Manager and the Administrator to ensure the needs of the classroom are met. This includes the children and the staff
Give and take direction while making informed decisions in a fast-paced setting
Participate in team meetings and professional development days
Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Maintain a protected, and positive learning workplace for all children and their families

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
