Responsibilities include assisting the Family Practice Division and providing high-quality patient care in a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Support Family doctors and Nurse Practitioners
Maintain patient continuity through FPSC portal
Conduct optional home visits and palliative care
Manage an average of 20 patients per day
Utilize Juno/oscars EMR for patient records

Requirements:
Flexible schedule for full-time or part-time hours
Must be comfortable working in a shared practice
Solid skills in communication, particularly in English
