Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Gas Station Attendant and Cashier, where you will be the friendly face customers see when they stop by for fuel, snacks, or quick service. In this energetic role, you will handle daily cash transactions, assist customers with their needs, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service at the pump and cashier station
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store shelves, and restrooms
Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling snacks or beverages to enhance their experience
Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance needs to ensure safety and efficiency
Manage inventory merchandising to keep displays organized and appealing
Follow all safety procedures related to fueling operations and store security

Skills




Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Proven customer service experience in retail or hospitality environments
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising and store cleanliness
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone or via messaging platforms
Time management skills to prioritize duties during busy periods
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction
Technical sales experience or product demo skills are advantageous but not required
Multilingual abilities can enhance customer interactions and team communication
