Lead impactful assessments as a Research Associate with the University of Calgary. Engage in evaluation, impact assessment, and strategic analysis to support Community Mental Health and Well-Being initiatives. The Office of Institutional Commitments is seeking a full time Research Associate for a 24-month term.
You will become the subject-matter expert in evaluation frameworks and methodologies that demonstrate the effectiveness of UCalgary's strategies. This role requires collaboration across faculties and a high degree of qualified judgment in analytical methods. Key Responsibilities:
Develop evaluation frameworks for institutional initiatives
Implement evaluation methodologies for OIC projects
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data effectively
Lead reporting systems that communicate OIC's impact
Collaborate on integrated data visualizations and dashboards Requirements:
PhD in social sciences, health sciences, or related field
8 years of experience in evaluation and impact assessment
Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques
Robust project management and communication skills
Familiarity with institutional commitment areas Translate complex findings into meaningful insights to elevate UCalgary's strategic goals.
