Join GeoSpectrum Technologies as a Subcontract Manager, located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This onsite position is crucial for managing subcontracting activities and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. In this role, you'll be responsible for all subcontracting aspects, engaging with subcontractors, and ensuring successful project execution.

Your deep knowledge of marine products will allow you to effectively work with Engineering and Manufacturing teams. Continuous improvement in procurement processes will be key, necessitating robust relationship management with vendors. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire subcontracting process for projects
Negotiate and secure favorable subcontract terms




Ensure all activities meet legal and environmental regulations
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Maintain records of subcontract activities and updates Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience
Minimum five years in sourcing technical subcontract services
Solid understanding of contract management and negotiation
Familiarity with Canada’s ITB Policy and trade agreements
