Indoor Playground Manager

Freshgo Distribution Ltd. is hiring a hands-on Indoor Playground Manager to oversee the daily operations of our in-store indoor playground facility in Mississauga.

Compensation: $48,000–$58,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the indoor playground, including opening/closing procedures, safety inspections, and facility upkeep
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise playground staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, capacity limits, and child supervision protocols
Manage bookings, birthday parties, and special events
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Monitor inventory, supplies, and basic operational reporting
Liaise with store management on staffing needs and facility improvements

Requirements:




3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/management role, ideally in family entertainment, recreation, retail, or childcare settings
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — required to serve our customer base
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
Comfortable with physical duties (cleaning, light lifting up to 50 lbs)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Valid First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
