Recognized as one of Calgary’s premier private golf clubs, Pinebrook Golf & Country Club features a championship 18-hole golf course, outstanding practice facilities, and a full-service Golf Shop. We are seeking positive, motivated individuals to join our Grounds Crew for the 2026 golf season.
As a member of the Grounds team, you will assist with the daily setup, maintenance, and presentation of the golf course while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily golf course setup and conditioning
Perform mowing, trimming, bunker maintenance, and general turf care
Support course preparation for play and special events
Operate and maintain turf equipment (training provided)
Contribute to overall course presentation and team goals
Requirements
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new skills
Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work early mornings (5:30 AM start)
Availability for extended work weeks, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Golf course or landscaping experience considered an asset (not required)
Position Details
Full time seasonal employment
Start as soon as possible
Season ends October 22, 2026, with the opportunity for continued employment depending on weather conditions and course needs
