We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring smooth daily operations
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Oversee food handling and serving procedures to maintain compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using Micros POS systems
Train new staff members on restaurant protocols, food preparation standards, and customer service expectations
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food presentation, and overall ambiance to uphold brand standards
Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce




Support kitchen staff with coordination during busy periods to ensure timely food delivery

Experience
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment
Extensive food service experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
Robust team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively
Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Previous hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, especially in roles involving serving or barista duties
Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
