Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front of House/Event Manager to lead our hospitality and event operations. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily front-of-house activities, coordinate events, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Coordinate all aspects of events, from planning and setup to execution and breakdown, ensuring client satisfaction
Manage food preparation and food handling procedures in compliance with safety standards
Oversee cash handling processes, including POS transactions using POS systems, ensuring accuracy and security
Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding recent team members to build a motivated workforce
Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in all service areas
Provide leadership during busy service periods,



supporting staff and resolving guest concerns promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality environments with a focus on front-of-house operations
Strong supervisory and team management skills with experience in interviewing and training staff
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices
Familiarity with POS systems and platforms for cash handling and order processing
Experience in managing restaurant or hotel operations, including barista experience or bar management is a plus
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, supervise food handling procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations
