The Finance

Director manages all financial aspects of SilverStar Mountain, reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating with the CFO at Pacific Group Resorts. In this full time position, you'll engage in strategic leadership, direct relationships with key department heads, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will drive decision-making processes and support continuous improvement in financial practices. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, interpret, and report financial data
Lead financial reporting and annual budgeting efforts




Manage budget controls and assess financial performance
Develop policies for accounting, budgeting, and project tracking
Collaborate with departments on spending and budgeting

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business or Administration
7+ years in a Finance or Accounting role
Knowledge of budgeting and internal controls
