Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locksmith related hardware. This role requires a solid technical background, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The Locksmith will ensure the safety and security of our clients' facilities by providing expert services in lock systems.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems across various facilities.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to security hardware.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installation and repair tasks efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections of lock hardware.
Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations requiring security system integration.
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and system configurations for client records.
Adhere to safety protocols

Experience




Proven experience working as a locksmith or preferred with high-security locks, Medeco, Multi-Locks.
Hands-on experience with mechanical locks.
Ability to operate hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, drills; power tools including drills and saws; power equipment safely.
Knowledge of construction practices relevant to installing security hardware in various environments.
Mechanical knowledge applicable to lock mechanisms and physical hardware components is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a agile workplace where technical expertise is valued. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
