Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the accounting department, developing financial strategies, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This position requires robust analytical skills, as well as proficiency in various accounting software.

Duties
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to maintain accurate financial records.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Develop budgets and forecasts to guide the organization’s financial planning.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Axon

Skills
Proficiency in tax management and accounting practices.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable,



accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
Excellent analytical skills for effective account analysis and budgeting.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members across various departments.
Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
