As Corporate

Counsel, you will report directly to the General Counsel and collaborate with senior management and external counsel. Your expertise in legal matters such as employment law, contracts, and risk management will be essential to support Doman's Canadian and U.S. operations. A proactive, business-minded approach to legal advice will facilitate effective problem-solving in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Manage securities filings and compliance documentation
Negotiate acquisitions and oversee due diligence




Draft and review commercial agreements for operations
Identify and mitigate legal risks collaboratively
Oversee employment law matters with HR Requirements:
3 to 7 years of corporate commercial law experience
Robust drafting and analytical skills are essential
Familiarity with public company governance requirements
J.D. or equivalent law degree required
Licensed with a provincial law society in Canada Utilize your legal expertise in a collaborative setting at Doman Building Materials Group Ltd., contributing to their diverse operations in Vancouver.
