As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans. Your main duties will include:
Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable collateral-based loan solutions.
Open current customer accounts and assist clients with online loan repayment services.
Interview clients and evaluate loan applications by reviewing repayment ability, credit history, and collateral value.
Approve or decline loan applications within authorized lending limits.
Determine appropriate loan amounts, terms, and interest rates based on company policies and collateral value.
Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, interest rates, and agreements to clients.
Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients and manage loan defaults, including collateral liquidation when required.
Complete and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor loan accounts, including renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and promote the company's lending products and services.





To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills: -Robust computer skills

-Solid mathematical skills to accurately calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules-

Knowledge of financial services and lending products- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients-

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan documentation and application processing
Ability to work independently and in a team

"Advantage" -There's no night shift in this job. We're a 7 day operation; this employment is NOT limited to week-days only.
