Duties
Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed smoothly.
Handle guest inquiries promptly, providing information about services, amenities, or directions.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized, clean, and welcoming manner at all times.




Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or managing visitor logs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and courteously.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for creating a positive guest experience.
