You will act as a Business Partner to the business, enhance financial performance with data‑driven recommendations, build financial frameworks and processes to mitigate risks, and deliver thought leadership to innovate and scale emerging businesses. You will also oversee periodic, quarterly, and year‑end close activities to ensure accurate management reporting and lead a highly engaged, client‑focused team that collaborates with senior executives.About the teamReporting to the Finance Director, this position is responsible for leading a team of finance professionals who act in an advisory capacity to support the business to grow and invest. The role works directly with Managing Partners, Chief Operating Officers, and other leadership teams to drive performance through business insights and forward‑thinking analysis,



collaborating with other enabling areas to help achieve the business’s strategic aspirations.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with these required skills:Experience: 8+ years in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Business Partnering Expertise: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial insights into strategic decisions.Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning with a bias for action.
