Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Prepare accurate material lists, shop drawings, and quote packages for incoming precast concrete pipe projects.* Create AutoCAD drawings for specialized designs and dimensions.* Coordinate third-party pricing and manage service sheets for project tracking.* Maintain organized documentation and ensure ERP system updates.* Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and support regional goals.**What Are We Looking For*** Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret construction plans.* Civil work experience preferred.* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.* Collaborative mindset with transparent communication skills.* Familiarity with ERP systems and municipal specifications is an asset.**Work Environment**This role is primarily office-based with regular interaction with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams.
