You will also handle guest inquiries, maintain reservation lines, and prepare customer service feedback for management analysis, ensuring that service standards are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for reservation inquiries
• Maintain and manage the reservation phone line




• Prepare seating plans based on reservations and special requests
• Support F&B; promotions and marketing efforts
• Summarize customer service feedback for management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative support experience
• Robust organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of group business and banquet service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Availability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
